Paul is currently an Associate Professor (Teaching Stream) at University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health, Division of Occupational & Environmental Health, where he is Program Director for the MPH degree field in occupational hygiene. He is the Chair of the Canadian Registration Board of Occupational Hygienists ROH Examination Committee, and is finishing a term as President of the Occupational Hygiene Association of Ontario. In the past, Paul has received numerous recognitions for his contribution to industrial hygiene and teaching including the Robin Badgley Teaching Excellence Award and Hugh Nelson Award of Excellence in Occupational Hygiene. Some of Paul's current research interest in Industrial Hygiene include chemical exposure control technology, work population chemical exposure profiles and efficacy of masks/respirators for bioaerosol exposure control.
